Suzi Finkelstein

Episode 13 of ‘From A to Me’ features Suzi Finkelstein who reflects on how the events of third wave feminism shaped her consulting practices through the power of story telling as “the most powerful medium for change”. This idea lead to the birth of Women & Leadership Australia (WLA)’s extremely successful #100daysforchange campaign impacting over 250,000 people.

Suzi’s academic studies and ongoing research have helped inform a rigorous, evidence-based approach to her work. In her role as Director of Leadership and Advocacy at WLA, Suzi says “learning and development and understanding how we can change and grow, has always been [her] passion”.

Suzi is committed to helping more women step up into leadership positions across all industries and the broader community and regularly speaks at conferences creating diverse, innovative learning environments focused on collaboration and “how we can be more inclusive in all our thinking”.
